This piece was based on some pictures I took of an apple tree that was in front of an Airbnb that I and one of my oldest friend stayed at near Traverse City, Michigan, during fall 2020. I enjoyed how the morning light was cascading across the leaves and apples, and highlighted the morning dew on these two apples. Like my friend and I, they were hanging together, supporting each other through another season.
